Diversity Electrical Pty Ltd is proudly owned and operated by Jeremy Oldfield, a Yorta Yorta man who is committed to fostering indigenous representation in the trades. Founded on November 22, 2023, in Morphett Vale,SA, the company specialises in electrical and air-conditioning services.
The inspiration behind Diversity Electrical came when Jeremy's daughter was just three weeks old, and the family faced a heater failure during the winter. To keep her room warm, they had to rely on oil heaters, prompting Jeremy to pursue training in heating and cooling. He earned his split system ticket and trained with another electrician to master these skills.
Diversity Electrical’s mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while nurturing the next generation of tradespeople and expanding opportunities for indigenous people in the industry.
